Monte Albán

The Tule Tree

The tree of Santa María del Tule, is recognized by SEMARNAP as the most notable tree in the state of Oaxaca and is famous in our Mexico and beyond for its exceptional trunk diameter, which measures 14.36 meters and thus reaches a circumference of 45 meters. so wide that I could barely hug the 30 people who were holding hands and circles with their arms fully extended.

Mitla
